What a place! There is so much to do, along with stopping in to get some boba of course;). On the Delmarva Peninsula, this city is probably the most visited. With its attractions, restaurants, and beaches, it draws crowds every summer for vacations and weekend getaways.
Attractions!
Attractions are a big draw for Ocean City. The boardwalk alone has many that are enjoyed by all ages! Trimper Rides and Jolly Rogers at the Pier are amusement park-style attractions with coasters, Ferris wheels, carousels, and other thrilling rides! At Trimpers Rides you buy a wristband and ride as many rides as you can in the allotted time. Jolly Rogers at the Pier does a point system where each ride costs a certain number of points and you swipe your card to use the points. Once you have run out of points you can purchase more or be finished for the day. There is also Ripley’s Believe it or not on the boardwalk that offers an interesting exhibit of strange sights! These attractions will be sure to get everyone interested in your group!
Restaurants!
Along with attractions, restaurants are a big draw for crowds. There are family restaurants such as The Dough Roller (https://thedoughroller.com/) and Bad Monkey OC (https://badmonkeyoc.com/). Any kind of cuisine you may want, you are sure to find a spot that offers it in Ocean City! Boba at the Beach is a great option if you are looking for boba in Ocean City. There are also lots of snack options such as Fisher’s Popcorn, Thrasher’s French Fries, and Ocean Bites.
The Beach!
The beach is the most trafficked location as there are miles of area for kids to build sand castles, dogs to catch frisbees, and friends to take on the waves with their boogie boards. Ocean City provides lifeguards from Memorial Day until Labor Day, which is the peak season for the beaches. These lifeguards are trained and go through tests to ensure they can complete all of the duties needed in a lifeguard’s position. If you enjoy the feeling of the sun on your face, sand between your toes, and the cool ocean water splash come enjoy the Ocean City beach!
